A hearty, comforting baked dessert for cold winter nights, made just like my Nanna used to make it for me! Its cheap, easy to make, and my kids love it just as much as I do!

This turned out really well. My husband loved it. Just a question is the 160 degrees celsius or fahrenheit? - 27 Jan 2013

Love this recipe. It really is like my Nanna/Mum used to make. Until I tried this recipe I never had any success with rice pudding!! - 26 Jan 2013
