Defrost both veges and chips. Once veges are defrosted, cook for 5 mins in the microwave just to make them soft. Try not to overcook them.
Drain the oil from the can of tuna and mix that into the veges. Spread this mixture on an oven proof cooking dish.
In another bowl, beat the eggs together, mix in the soy sauce.
Pour the egg mixture on the veges and tuna. Put the grated cheese on top.
Lastly, spread the chips on the very top to decorate.
Bake in the oven until egg is cooked and chips turn golden brown :-) This will take roughly 30 mins.
You can use other meat such as mince or chicken rather than the tuna, but this will require more cooking time as you need to cook the mince and chicken first. Or you can use can of beans for a vegetarian option along with the frozen veges.
