    Ingredients
    Makes: 12 Large Pieces

    • 1 can (395g) condensed milk
    • 200g Arnotts Marie biscuits
    • 150g Oreo cookies (divided)
    • 2 tablespoons dark Dutch cocoa (or any)
    • 3 tablespoons drinking chocolate
    • 200g eating chocolate (I used Whitakers creamy milk but Cadbury milk would be fine), divided

    Directions
    Preparation:20min  ›  Extra time:2hours chilling  ›  Ready in:2hours20min

    1. Line a slice tray or tin with baking paper, or grease.
    2. Put 200g Marie Biscuits and about 100g Oreo cookies into blender and blend until majority is crushed, but there's still some little chunks left.
    3. Put biscuit mixture in a big bowl, and add the cocoa and drinking chocolate, mix a little.
    4. Melt/warm condensed milk and about 150g or less of the chocolate in a saucepan over low heat on stove. Mix lightly to help the chocolate melt but be careful not to burn it.
    5. When the chocolate has melted into the condensed milk, pour the mix into the bowl of biscuit mix. Mix together with wooden or metal spoon, try not to work too slowly, as the milk will stiffen.
    6. Add the mixture to the tin and spread out evenly with spoon. It may start to get hard, but I find if you use another piece of baking paper, lay it on the mixture and flatten it with your hands, pushing it into the corners, that works really well.
    7. Roughly break up remaining Oreo cookies (50g) with your hands and sprinkle over mixture. Push the pieces in with your hands, or get the extra piece of baking paper, lay it on top, then push them lightly into the mix.
    8. Melt remaining chocolate (50g) and pour over mixture or spread onto mix.
    9. It can be eaten straight away but tastes better if its been chilled in the fridge for at least an hour.
    10. Enjoy!

    Tip

Other things you could add - marshmallows, nuts, glazed cherries, coconut, 100&1000's/ chocolate sprinkles
