Mix all ingredients until they come together, let rest for 20 minutes.
Knead until smooth.
Let rise until doubled in size, stretch into one thicker base or 2 thin base pizza bases. To facilitate the ease of handling the pizza bases shape them on a bench dusted with flour and then place them on baking paper.
Let rise for 20 minutes. Top with your favourite toppings and bake in preheated oven at the highest possible temperature for about 15 minutes. If possible on (preheated as well) pizza stone or unglazed terracotta tile - the difference is amazing.
Never ever use a rolling pin to make pizza base!!!
As much as I like thin pizza bases in bought pizzas I LOVE thick pizza base made from this recipe.
Less is always more on pizza, don't overdo it with toppings.
