Spinach Bread Dip

    Creamy spinach dip in a cobb loaf. Perfect for BBQs and takes no time to make. However if you can make it the night before and let it sit, it will taste so much better.

    Serves: 8 

    • 1 packet Spring Vegetable soup mix
    • 1 small tub smooth ricotta
    • 1 small tub sour cream
    • 1 packet (250g) frozen spinach (defrost, pour off liquid)
    • 1 cup mayonnaise
    • 1 small red onion, finely chopped
    • 1 cobb loaf bread

    Preparation:5min  ›  Cook:10min  ›  Extra time:8hours resting  ›  Ready in:8hours15min 

    1. Combine all ingredients except bread well. Best made the night before as the soup mix needs to soften.
    2. Hollow out cob loaf and fill with spinach dip right before serving.
    3. Enjoy!
