Used different ingredients. 3rd time I used same amount of brown sugar and turned out very moist and good and the color's great.  -  19 Sep 2009  (Review from Allrecipes UK & Ireland)

Cake came out perfect. Great tasting and very moist. I used light brown sugar, and only put 150g in..  -  28 Apr 2012  (Review from Allrecipes UK & Ireland)

Altered ingredient amounts. OK, second time I made it I used oil and it was so much better: moist and soft. A friend of mine suggested I should use a part of brown sugar, has anyone tried that?  -  17 Sep 2009  (Review from Allrecipes UK & Ireland)
