BBQ Teriyaki Chicken Breast

    Succulent breasts of chicken soaked in a teriyaki marinade with a hint of lemon and garlic. Barbecued until the meat is brown on the outside and juicy in the centre.

    • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast fillets
    • 1 cup teriyaki sauce
    • 4 tablespoons lemon juice
    • 2 cloves garlic, minced
    • 1 dessertspoon sesame oil

    1. Place chicken, teriyaki sauce, lemon juice, garlic and sesame oil in a large bowl. Coat the chicken well then place in the fridge for 24 hours, turning every so often.
    2. Preheat barbecue to high. Lightly oil the barbecue plate.
    3. Remove chicken from the bowl, discarding any remaining marinade. Grill for 6 to 8 minutes each side or until juices run clear when chicken is pierced with a fork.
