- 2 ripe avocados, stone and peel removed
- 230g vanilla ice cream, softened
- 1 dash milk
- 1/2 teaspoon lime juice
- 1 tablespoon caster sugar, approximately
Directions

- Blend all ingredients until smooth adding milk until you get the consistency of a pudding. Add more or less sugar according to your taste.
