These mushrooms are sauteed in butter with garlic, red wine and teriyaki sauce. They go wonderfully served over grilled steak or even a over a baked potato.
I made these to serve atop Delmonico steaks Mr. LTH had grilled to perfection and they were the perfect accompaniment. I didn't have any red wine, so I subbed a dash of red wine vinegar instead. These were good, but really, there was nothing to differentiate them from any other sauteed mushrooms that I've had. Don't think I really need a recipe for this. - 21 May 2013
