Sausage quiche is lovely and also easy to make. It can be served with salad for a light lunch or with potatoes and vegetables for a filling dinner.


Serves: 4 

  • 1 premade flan shell
  • 1 pork smoked sausage, diced
  • 2 eggs
  • 150ml cream
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper, to taste

Preparation:10min  ›  Cook:40min  ›  Ready in:50min 

  1. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees C.
  2. Place the diced smoked sausage in the flan case.
  3. In a large bowl whisk the eggs with the single cream until well combined. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Pour egg and cream mixture over the smoked sausage. Bake in the oven for 40 minutes until golden brown.
