I love the simplicity and social aspects of a chocolate fondue for dessert; pick your favourite or in-season fruits then cover them in chocolate.
100g dark chocolate
50ml thickened cream
3 cups diced or small fruit, strawberries, raspberries, banana, or similar
1 cup marshmallows
- Heat the cream until nearly boiling then pour into the fondue bowl. Place over the heat source and add the chocolate stirring until melted and well combined.
- Skewer fruits and/or marshmallows with fondue forks then dip into the chocolate.
