Chocolate Fondue

    I love the simplicity and social aspects of a chocolate fondue for dessert; pick your favourite or in-season fruits then cover them in chocolate.

    Serves: 4 

    • 100g dark chocolate
    • 50ml thickened cream
    • 3 cups diced or small fruit, strawberries, raspberries, banana, or similar
    • 1 cup marshmallows

    Preparation:10min  ›  Cook:5min  ›  Ready in:15min 

    1. Heat the cream until nearly boiling then pour into the fondue bowl. Place over the heat source and add the chocolate stirring until melted and well combined.
    2. Skewer fruits and/or marshmallows with fondue forks then dip into the chocolate.
