    1 hour 5 minutes

This dry rub is so easy to make, and gives lamb or beef a gorgeous flavour. Particularly good for barbecuing them..

Yummy! We had this tonight and it worked out perfect. The rub was just enough to add a little flavour without taking away from the steak. We'll definetly be using this again!  -  29 Sep 2008

I used this rub when I made beer can chicken. It worked well; simple, but delicious. I used fresh rosemary instead of dried.  -  29 Sep 2008
