This is a lovely salad with the same ingredients you find in borscht - beetroot, tomato, celery and dill. Lovely in summer.
You can also use tinned beetroot for this recipe.
Altered ingredient amounts. This was a delicious salad.......the only changes I made was to use only 1/4 cup olive oil and no other oils.......I also used fresh cooked beetroot.
