taste delicious but i would double the mixture as when split in 6 bowls not alot mixture for each color, or do lesser color mixtures 4. also doesnt make many cupcakes, i got 8 big cupcakes,
It tasted good. Sweet and fluffy. Slightly on the sweet side for me. I would reduce the caster sugar to either 100gm or 110gm. Especially if you intend to put buttercream on top. My eggs were about 60gm=2 eggs. I didn't have blue colouring. So I kept one mixture in the original colour-cream. I prefer 5 to 6 colours as it would make the cupcake more colourful. It's a simple recipe to follow.
this recipe is wonderful, not only do they look awesome but their soft, fluffy and taste good too. the only thing id do different next time is maybee 4 colours instead of 6 so its quicker to make
