These are a great potato side and simpler that chips, certainly a lot less oil. They can be used as a simple side or the base of a fancy restaurant style stack presentation.


Serves: 2 

  • 4 potatoes, peeled
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper, to taste

Preparation:5min  ›  Cook:10min  ›  Ready in:15min 

  1. Grate potatoes then squeeze out excess water.
  2. Add seasoning then form 2 flat patties.
  3. Fry in some oil until brown on both sides.
