    Prawn Pasta in Lemon Garlic Sauce with Salmon

    A healthy and fabulous seafood pasta meal for one. Add some chilli into the sauce if you like it spicy.

    Serves: 1 

    • 1 salmon fillet
    • 5 king size prawns (peeled and deveined)
    • 100g pasta of your choice
    • 1 lemon
    • 130ml white wine
    • 3 garlic gloves, crushed
    • 1 tablespoon basil
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper
    • 2 tsp double cream

    1. Cook the pasta in a large saucepan until al dente. Drain.
    2. Meanwhile, heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the salmon, prawns and garlic and cook for five minutes.
    3. Add the lemon juice, wine, salt and pepper and simmer for another five minutes.
    4. Stir in the pasta and add the double cream and season with basil.
