Vegetable and Chicken Casserole

This chicken casserole is dispersed with chunks of chicken, potato, carrot and celery. A hearty dish for a cold evening at home.


Serves: 2 

  • 3 chicken breasts, cut into bite sized pieces
  • 1 packet hearty beef cup-a-soup
  • 500ml boiling water
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 4 large potatoes, peeled and quartered
  • 4 carrots, sliced
  • 2 celery sticks, sliced
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce

Preparation:15min  ›  Cook:45min  ›  Ready in:1hour 

  1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees C.
  2. Brown chicken on both sides in an oiled frying pan.
  3. Make up soup with 500ml of water.
  4. When soup is ready place all ingredients into an ovenproof dish, preferably a casserole dish.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes in the preheated oven.
