Cream Cheese Stuffed Chicken

    This is an easy to prepare stuffed chicken using flavoured cream cheese and wrapping in bacon. You can sear the chicken before putting in the oven for a different texture.

    Serves: 4 

    • 4 chicken breasts
    • 100g cream cheese with garlic and herbs
    • 8 rashers unsmoked bacon

    Preparation:20min  ›  Cook:25min  ›  Ready in:45min 

    1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C.
    2. Cut slits lengthways into the chicken breasts. Stuff each chicken breast with the cream cheese pushing it right into the meat.
    3. Wrap each chicken breast in two rashers of bacon taking care not to overlap the rashers and put in a roasting tin.
    4. Bake in the centre of the oven for 25 minutes.
