Turkey or chicken without stuffing? I don't think so. This gives a great gluten free sage and onion stuffing, tastes just like the ones grandma used to make.

    Serves: 4

    • 1 1/2 large onions, diced
    • 2 gluten free rolls
    • 2 tablespoons sage
    • 1 small egg, whisked
    • 10g margarine
    • 1 pinch slat and black pepper, to taste

    2. Crush rolls into breadcrumbs and slowly add to onion mixture. Add sage and mix in.
    3. Add whisked egg and margarine to mixture and stir thoroughly. Add seasoning to flavour.
    4. Put into shallow grease proof dish until 5cm thick. Preheat oven to 200 degrees C and put on top shelf for 20 minutes until golden.
