    Healthy and unhealthy treats encased in chocolate. There are so many variations; you can add nuts, dried fruit and biscuits it is really is up to you.

    Serves: 6 

    • 240g milk chocolate
    • 160g mini marshmallows
    • 6 plain sweet biscuits, broken into largish chunks
    • 90g sultanas, optional

    Preparation:10min  ›  Cook:30min  ›  Extra time:40min  ›  Ready in:1hour20min 

    1. Melt the chocolate in a bowl suspended over a pan of boiling water making sure that the water does not touch the bowl.
    2. Once the chocolate has melted add the marshmallows, biscuits and sultanas. Mix well making sure that you don't break up the biscuits too much.
    3. Pour into a baking tray lined with baking paper. Level out and place in the refrigerator for a few hours.
    4. Once the mix has set tip out of the tray and cut into squares, serve.

    A 'safer' way to melt the chocolate is to put it in a glass bowl in the microwave and give it 30 SECOND boosts till it is soft then just stir it.
