    A very simple pasta in a cheese sauce that you can add other ingredients to as desired. Cheap, tasty and filling; ideal for families.

    Serves: 2 

    • 350g macaroni
    • 185ml thickened cream
    • 60g parmesan, grated
    • 60g cheddar, grated
    • 1 pinch salt and pepper, to taste

    Preparation:15min  ›  Cook:15min  ›  Extra time:30min  ›  Ready in:1hour 

    1. Cook the macaroni for 12 minutes.
    2. In another large saucepan bring the cream to the boil. Stir in the cheeses and season with salt and pepper to suit.
    3. When the macaroni is cooked, drain and fold through the cream cheese sauce.
