This is like an Indian pesto using coriander and Indian spices. It can be served with pappadums as a dip or alongside your favourite curry as a condiment. For a variation exchange some of the coriander for mint.
200g fresh coriander leaves
4 green chillies
1 pinch caster sugar, to taste
1 pinch ground cumin, to taste
1 lemon, juiced
1 pinch salt, to taste
