Beef and Bacon Stew

    9 hours 30 minutes

A lovely dish that is easy to make and tastes great. Brown the meat first as this gives it flavour a slow cooker just cannot achieve.

We really enjoyed this one. I'm thinking of adding a bay leaf and some tomato paste next time for a little more flavour.  -  20 Feb 2016
