This recipe is as refreshing in taste as it looks. It is very easy to make and acts as a summer chiller. You can use slices of Kiwifruit to decorate.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 1

    • 1 medium kiwifruit
    • 1 large cucumber
    • 2 - 3 tablespoons lemon juice
    • 1 pinch sea salt, to taste
    • 60ml water
    • crushed ice, to taste

    Directions
    Preparation:5min  ›  Ready in:5min

    1. Peel and cut the kiwifruit and cucumber in small pieces. Throw them in a blender and add the lemon juice, sea salt, water and crushed ice.
    2. Mix in the blender until a smooth juice is formed. It takes a couple of minutes only.
    3. Strain the liquid in a glass, keep in the refrigerator for some time and serve chilled. You can serve it on ice.

Disgusting as is! However, if you add bits, it works quite well as a base.  -  04 Apr 2010  (Review from Allrecipes UK & Ireland)

Something else. Sorry to say it, but I thought this tasted disgusting. I was making it for my Easter meal with family, so I had to make it taste good. I added a banana, about half a liter of lemon lime soda and a bit of apple juice. Then it tasted quite good, actually!  -  04 Apr 2010  (Review from Allrecipes UK & Ireland)
