A great use of leftovers after a roast. You can use any vegetables or meat but you do need plenty of mash to bind all the other ingredients together, even if you have to boil some especially.
In a mixing bowl add the mash potato, turkey, brussels sprouts, cabbage and stuffing.
Mix it all together with hands then press into patties.
Heat the butter in a large non stick frypan preferably with a thick base for even heat distribution. Dust each cake with flour add to the frypan cook on a medium heat until golden and heated throughout.
