A great use of leftovers after a roast. You can use any vegetables or meat but you do need plenty of mash to bind all the other ingredients together, even if you have to boil some especially.


Serves: 4 

  • leftover mash potato
  • leftover turkey
  • leftover brussels sprouts
  • leftover cabbage
  • leftover stuffing
  • 30g butter
  • 60g flour for dusting

Preparation:10min  ›  Cook:10min  ›  Ready in:20min 

  1. In a mixing bowl add the mash potato, turkey, brussels sprouts, cabbage and stuffing.
  2. Mix it all together with hands then press into patties.
  3. Heat the butter in a large non stick frypan preferably with a thick base for even heat distribution. Dust each cake with flour add to the frypan cook on a medium heat until golden and heated throughout.
