    Something to make when you want a change from the bottled premade sauces. Simple but very tasty, uses fresh vegetables and tinned soup.

    Serves: 4 

    • 4 chicken fillets
    • 1 (400ml) tin chicken soup
    • 2 tablespoon soy sauce, to taste
    • 400g pasta
    • 1 green capsicum, diced
    • 1 red capsicum, diced
    • 1 onion, diced

    Preparation:10min  ›  Cook:20min  ›  Ready in:30min 

    1. Fry the chicken until almost fully cooked.
    2. In a separate saucepan start cooking the soup when hot add the soy sauce.
    3. Start to cook the pasta.
    4. Add the capsicums, onion and chicken to the saucepan and leave to stew for around 10 minutes. When vegetables are soft serve.
