This is a great way to enjoy chicken in a cream sauce with that little something special. The taste depends on what kind of cheese you pick.


Serves: 2 

  • 1 tablespoon sunflower oil
  • 2 chicken breasts, diced
  • 150g garlic and herb soft cheese
  • 75ml thickened cream

Preparation:5min  ›  Cook:15min  ›  Ready in:20min 

  1. Heat oil in a large frying pan. Fry the chicken on a medium heat until slightly browned.
  2. Turn down the heat to a lower temperature then add the cheese and stir until no lumps of solid cheese remain.
  3. Add the cream and stir until fully combined.
  4. Serve with butter rice; cooked rice refried in butter.
