This is a simple dessert. Spiced, stewed apples are placed on filo pastry then folded into neat little triangles. A great dessert served with a little bit of your favourite ice cream.
really unspecific method and way to much ground mixed spice! I added more apples to wear out the flavour of the mix as it was so strong it was inedible - 01 Feb 2014
