    These chicken balls can be used as a party nibble with a dipping sauce such as sweet chilli or can be a kids meal as an alternative to chicken nuggets.

    Serves: 3 

    • 500g chicken mince
    • 1 onion, finely diced
    • 100g mushrooms, finely diced
    • 1 cup cornflakes, crushed
    • 1 clove garlic, finely diced
    • 1 chicken stock cube
    • 1 pinch thyme
    • 1 egg white
    • 1 pinch salt and pepper, to taste

    Preparation:10min  ›  Cook:20min  ›  Extra time:30min  ›  Ready in:1hour 

    1. Preheat oven to 160 degrees C.
    2. Combine all ingredients into a large bowl and mix well together.
    3. Take small handfuls and roll into little balls 2cm diameter. Place on foil covered baking tray.
    4. Bake in oven for 20 mins or until cooked right through.
