Cranberry Orange Sauce

    The tart flavour of fresh cranberries with a hint of orange. It's great with roast turkey or ham at Christmas time or with desserts as well.

    Serves: 12 

    • 220g caster sugar
    • 1 cup (250ml) orange juice
    • 375g fresh or frozen cranberries

    Preparation:5min  ›  Cook:10min  ›  Ready in:15min 

    1. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, dissolve the sugar in the orange juice. Stir in the cranberries and cook until they start to pop (about 10 minutes). Remove from heat and transfer to a bowl. Cranberry sauce will thicken as it cools.
