Tender juicy kebabs marinated in rosemary, Worcestershire sauce and ranch dressing and then cooked on the BBQ.

Serves: 3 

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon fresh rosemary, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon white vinegar
  • pepper to taste
  • 1/2 tablespoon white sugar (optional)
  • 2 1/2 chicken breast halves, cut into 2cm cubes

Preparation:50min  ›  Cook:10min  ›  Ready in:1hour 

  1. In a bowl, stir together all ingredients except for chicken. Let stand for 5 minutes. Place chicken in the bowl, and stir to coat with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  2. Thread chicken onto skewers and discard marinade.
  3. Barbecue the kebabs skewers for 8 to 12 minutes over a medium barbecue heat, or until chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear.
