Fruity Yogurty Breakfast Delight

    This is a healthy, fast and delicious breakfast that a friend of mine invented when we had no bread or cereal in the house. We've all been hooked on it since! You can use whatever fruit and flavour of yoghurt you want - my personal favourite is apple and banana with coconut yoghurt.

    Serves: 2 

    • 2-3 pieces of fruit, depending on the size, eg. 1 apple and 1 banana
    • oat bran
    • honey (optional)
    • 200g yoghurt (2 small tubs)

    Preparation:5min  ›  Ready in:5min 

    1. Chop the fruit into bite-size pieces and place in a bowl. Sprinkle teh oat bran over the fruit, as much or as little as you want.
    2. Drizzle a little honey over the fruit at this point, if you want to sweeten it then pour the yoghurt over the fruit and stir well.
