Butter, lemon and garlic make a great sauce for the prawns in this deliciously different salad. Perfect as a side dish or a light lunch on its own.
So enjoyed this, I don't usually make a salad for a main meal but this was so easy and so very tasty. I didn't use the avocado but that is just personal taste and used some French dressing. - 08 Dec 2012
