This is an easy way to make a delicious salad dressing that keeps well in the refrigerator. You can use frozen fruit, or substitute strawberries for raspberries.
I've been looking for a raspberry dressing/vinaigrette that used fresh raspberries for quite some time now. This one is a bit thick due to the ratio of olive oil to balsamic vinegar. I added a bit more balsamic (it's all up to your personal taste) and decided it needed a bit of sugar as it was pretty tart.
