    The sunflower seeds give this bread a great crunchy texture and the molasses makes it warm and homey. You can substitute wholemeal flour for some of the bread flour if you like.

    Serves: 15 

    • 1 (8g) sachet active dry yeast
    • 1 1/4 cups (310ml) warm lite milk
    • 2 tablespoons margarine, melted
    • 3 tablespoons molasses (or golden syrup)
    • 1 teaspoon white sugar
    • 3 cups (375g) bread flour
    • 1/2 cup wheat bran
    • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds

    1. Place ingredients in the pan of the bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Select cycle; press start.
