    This bread has a great flavour. It is moist, light and has a crispy crust. Serve while still warm with your favourite soup.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 12 

    • 1 cup (250ml) water
    • 3 tablespoons olive oil
    • 1 1/2 teaspoons white sugar
    • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
    • 1/4 teaspoon Italian herb mix
    • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
    • 1 tablespoon dried rosemary
    • 2 1/2 cups (300g) bread flour
    • 1 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast

    1. Place ingredients in the pan of the bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Select the basic bread cycle; press start.
