The chocolate zucchini taste in biscuits. These biscuits will stay soft and moist because of the zucchini. Taste great!
These were terrific. A very tasty biscuit. I found them moist , with a crunch on the outside. Will definitely make again. I did cook for an extra five minutes as I cooked three trays at once. - 24 Nov 2015
This was a complete disaster for us, and I've no idea why. I followed instructions absolutely, weighing and measuring everything. The dough before zucchini was unbelievably dry, then my zucchini may have been to wet because they were very damp and took 3 times as long as recommended to cook. The end taste was quite bland also. I used 2 cup zuchinni, 1/2 cup butter, and 2 1/8 cup flour like a previous reader suggested and they were AMAZING! HOWEVER!, I highly recommend using the fine grate on your grater, I used the regular size and it didnt look appetizing. I told my daughter it was apple shreds or else she wouldnt have tried it and she love it. I have left over frozen shredded zucchinni that i wil put in my chopper to make small for the next batch.
