    An oil based bread dip with garlic, chilli and rosemary. Great served with your favourite crunchy bread.

    Serves: 4 

    • 3 large cloves garlic, minced
    • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
    • 5 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
    • 1/2 teaspoon crushed chilli flakes
    • 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped
    • 1 pinch salt and black pepper

    1. Place the garlic, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, chilli flakes, rosemary, and salt and pepper into a shallow bowl in that order. To serve, spoon small amount onto bread.
