This delectable Szechuan style prawn dish has hints of honey, chilli & garlic. It is extremely quick and easy and makes a great dish for entertaining.
I would be careful with the honey and tomato sauce - would probably use a little less tomato sauce since i felt like it was too sweet. was a tasty and easy meal though I also tried it with chicken - when cooking with chicken i found that i needed to double the sauce. i tripled the sauce because i also added some chopped chinese cabbage. still yummy! - 15 Jun 2013
This was nice. I had mixed asian vegetables and fish instead in the past. Instead of the soy sauce I used 1/2 tspn fish sauce and 1/2 tspn oyster sauce. reduced tomato sauce to just 1/2 tspn. I also had 2 tablespoons of grated ginger (the real stuff). Served with brown rice. YUMMM. will be having again!!!
