Chilli Beef Pasta

    A modified bolognese sauce with chilli to be served with pasta. Can be made with or without the chilli.

    Serves: 2 

    • 500g beef mince
    • 1 tin (400g) diced tomatoes
    • 1 clove garlic
    • 2 tablespoons olive oil
    • 1 medium onion
    • 1 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
    • 3-5 chopped hot chillies
    • 250ml tomato puree
    • 2 tablespoons dried oregano
    • 1 cube beef stock
    • 2 serves pasta of choice

    1. Peel onion and garlic and dice finely; sauté onion and garlic in olive oil.
    2. Add beef mince and cook until the pinkness is gone.
    3. Add remaining ingredients and bring to light boil. Simmer covered for 1 hour.
    4. Cook the pasta of your choice in lots of boiling salted water , drain and serve with the sauce.
