Baked Spinach and Artichoke Dip

I'm always asked to make this dip, it's easy to make and totally delicious. Everything bakes together really well.

Makes: 8 

  • 2 cups freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 box (250g) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 x 400g can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 2/3 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp garlic, minced

Preparation:10min  ›  Cook:30min  ›  Ready in:40min 

  1. Preheat oven to 190oC
  2. Mix together Parmesan cheese, spinach and artichoke hearts.
  3. Combine remaining ingredients and mix with spinach mixture.
  4. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes.
  5. Serve with crackers or toasted pita bread.
