A simple seafood dish. Your choice of fish or seafood marinated in a curry paste and stir fried till cooked. Serve as a part of a curry dinner

Serves: 2 

  • 1/2 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 20 Herbie's Spices whole curry leaves (or fresh if possible)
  • 2 teaspoons Herbie's Spices garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon chilli powder (more or less to taste)
  • 500g seafood (firm fillets or prawns or marinara mix)

Preparation:10min  ›  Cook:10min  ›  Extra time:1hour marinating  ›  Ready in:1hour20min 

  1. Pound all the ingredients, except seafood, in a pestle and mortar or a blender until you make a thick paste.
  2. Mix the paste through the seafood and leave to marinate for up to an hour, then stir-fry until cooked.
