Simple Seafood Curry
A simple seafood dish. Your choice of fish or seafood marinated in a curry paste and stir fried till cooked. Serve as a part of a curry dinner

1/2 onion, finely chopped
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
20 Herbie's Spices whole curry leaves (or fresh if possible)
2 teaspoons Herbie's Spices garam masala
1 teaspoon chilli powder (more or less to taste)
500g seafood (firm fillets or prawns or marinara mix)
Extra time:1hour marinating ›
- Pound all the ingredients, except seafood, in a pestle and mortar or a blender until you make a thick paste.
- Mix the paste through the seafood and leave to marinate for up to an hour, then stir-fry until cooked.
