    An easy prawn pasta in cream sauce flavoured with a special masala spice. Use any pasta you like for this easy dinner recipe.

    Serves: 2 

    • 2 cups penne or spirali pasta
    • 1 teaspoon cornflour
    • 1 cup (250ml) cream
    • 2 teaspoons olive oil
    • 250g green prawns, shelled and de-veined
    • 3 teaspoons Herbie's Spices South Indian Seafood Masala spice
    • lemon wedges, for serving

    1. Cook pasta in rapidly boiling water, without lid.
    2. Mix cornflour with a small amount of the cream until smooth, add to the rest of the cream, stir in, then set aside.
    3. Heat oil in a saucepan and sauté prawns with South Indian Seafood Masala until just opaque.
    4. Stir in cream and cornflour mixture, heat through and simmer for 1-2 minutes until sauce is thickened.
    5. Drain pasta then add it to the cream sauce and mix through.
    6. Serve in bowls with lemon wedges.
