You can replace the chicken tenderloins with green prawns in this fast and fabulous meal or finger food snack.

Serves: 8 

  • 1 tablespoon Herbie's Spices Garam Masala
  • 1/4 teaspoon Herbie's Spices Chilli Powder Medium
  • 1/2 teaspoon Herbie's Spices Sea Salt
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 24 fresh or dried Herbie's Spices Curry Leaves Whole
  • 100ml mustard oil
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 20 chicken tenderloins
  • basmati rice, to serve

Preparation:10min  ›  Cook:5min  ›  Extra time:1hour marinating  ›  Ready in:1hour15min 

  1. Place all ingredients except chicken into a blender and puree on high speed.
  2. Add puree to chicken and mix well to coat all the meat.
  3. Marinate in refrigerator 1 hour.
  4. Cook in hot wok or pan for 3-5 minutes until chicken is cooked.
  5. Serve with rice, or as finger food.
