Empty contents of pack into a mixing bowl.
Add 125ml vinegar (red, white or cider) or verjuice.
Mix thoroughly, seal in glass jar, allow to mature for 3 to 4 weeks.
Sun-dried tomatoes or other dried herbs or spices may be added to vary the flavour. Because mustard seeds may absorb moisture at various rates depending on the crop, it is a good idea to check the consistency after 2 weeks and add up to another 75mL liquid to achieve desired texture.
