    Chai made from scratch tastes the best. Alternatively, place cassia and cardamom pods in a teapot with tea leaves, pour boiling water over, and steep for 3 minutes. Serve without milk, with optional sugar.

    • 2 cups milk
    • 1 Herbie's Spices Cassia Bark, broken
    • 3 Herbie's Spices Green Whole Cardamom Pods, bruised
    • 2 teaspoons tea leaves
    • 2 teaspoons sugar
    • 6 Herbie's Spices Whole Cloves (optional)

    1. Place all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to simmer.
    2. Take off heat, strain and serve.
