Green Chilli Burgers

Add some real flavour to basic hamburger patties with fresh green chillies and garlic. This is for those who like it hot! Serve with all the trimmings.
1 kg minced beef
2 cloves garlic, crushed
4 green chillies, seeded and finely chopped
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
handful chopped fresh coriander
1 teaspoon ground cumin
- Preheat barbecue for high heat.
- In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients. Form into burger patties.
- Lightly oil the plate and cook burgers 5 minutes per side, or until well done.
