These have a great texture and stay moist and tender for days - if they last that long at your house!
This were super easy to make, and are really nice. I used frozen blueberries and standard oats, and it worked fine. I was a bit dubious about using a whole tablespoon of baking powder, but faithfully followed the recipe and sure enough it worked out fine! Will see if i can upload a piccie! - 11 Oct 2010

Yum! And not too sweet. Added some chopped banana and reduced the sugar (I used raw) to 1/4 of a cup. - 01 Aug 2017
