    My mother used to make this pizza; she didn't cook much so you know it's easy! And it tastes great!

    Serves: 6 

    • 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed and snapped into pieces
    • 1 teaspoon olive oil, or as needed
    • 1 pinch salt and black pepper to taste
    • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
    • 1 (400g) prebaked pizza base
    • 3/4 cup (90g) crumbled blue cheese

    1. Preheat an oven to 180 degrees C.
    2. Place asparagus on a baking tray; drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    3. Bake the asparagus in the preheated oven for 10 minutes.
    4. While asparagus is baking, spread the pizza sauce over the pizza base. Distribute asparagus pieces and crumbles of blue cheese evenly over the pizza.
    5. Return pizza to centre rack of preheated oven; cook until the cheese is melted and bubbling, 8 to 10 more minutes.
