This is an excellent, easy recipe that yields a moist, delicious and wonderfully light cake. I used raw sugar because that's what I had on hand, and, once the cake had cooled, I added a glaze made with about 1/4 cup icing sugar, two tablespoons of orange juice and a tablespoon of lemon juice (I always tweak the quantities until I get the result I want though, so if you make it you may want to play with them too). Lovely and moist. Perfect with a warm cup of tea. I made an icing with orange zest, orange juice and confectioners sugar and sprinkled with candied orange peel. It was great! - 14 Jan 2002 (Review from Allrecipes USA and Canada)
